End of the Year
Release, Reveal and Envision Retreat
Planting New Seeds for 2023
December 9, 10, 11 in Miami, FL
We will journey in flow with these cosmic cycles, cleansE our inner fields and prepare the terrain for new seeds.
This opportunity to tap deep into our potential, as we harmonize ourselves with the help of Nature as our allies, will render a unique state of clarity.
Only then can we sow that which propels us forward towards a visionary outcome for ourselves, and all the amazing beings on this planet.
Dive deep into the magic of an enchanted forest and immerse in Nature to reconnect with your True Self. Using high frequency ancient healing practices, release the past and incubate a powerful vision for 2023.
As we approach the Winter Solstice we move towards the longest night of the year, the shadow where transformation can take place before a new light’s rebirth.
The moon cycle asks that we let go and open spaces for new growth.

KoTo Kaur
Kundalini Yoga Teacher (RYT) | Musician
KoTo Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Instructor and Musician, who strongly believes in the power of sound — and silence! KoTo flawlessly incorporates this concept in her sessions, whether it is a class or a concert. As a former Sound Engineer and through her own journey of self-knowledge and growth, KoTo Kaur went on to study the physical aspects of sound while simultaneously diving into the distinctive qualities and profound healing benefits of silence. Koto believes that “Sound can take you through during a meditation or a difficult exercise, and can soothe and unlock deep parts of your Self during relaxation and integration. Sound also imprints a vibrational mark in your soul and connects times and situations to your emotions, so you can consciously change your state of mind and energy through resonance, especially if coming from within.”
